
An internationally recognized global airline is seeking a
Corporate Sales Assistant Manager
to help drive corporate revenue growth across the U.S. market. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a
remote, multi-city sales team. If you thrive at the intersection of

Lead, coach, and develop a team Own corporate sales performance, revenue targets, and pipeline growth Support sales planning, budgeting, pricing strategies, and corporate contract negotiations Analyze market trends and sales performance; present insights and results to senior leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of corporate sales experience ,
airline industry experience is a MUST Proven success managing revenue, targets, and high-performing sales teams Strong experience leading
remote or geographically distributed teams Background in corporate travel, aviation, or airline partnerships strongly preferred Bilingual Japanese (preferred)
to support international collaboration Proficiency with
Salesforce
and
