Marketing Coordinator / Communications Assistant

to help grow our brand and business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Role Overview

This position will focus primarily on

marketing and growth , including social media, advertising, partnerships, and events. As a small business, this role will also assist with general administrative tasks and customer communication, including answering phone calls and emails when needed.

The ideal candidate is a

team player , adaptable, and excited to contribute across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities Marketing & Growth

Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Plan, launch, and manage

Meta ads and Google Ads

Assist with email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, announcements)

Support business growth through partnerships, collaborations, and events

Track and report basic marketing performance metrics

Design marketing materials using Canva

Administrative & Support

Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally

Assist with scheduling, organization, and general office tasks

Support team members with various day-to-day needs as they arise

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Experience with

social media marketing

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

and digital advertising

Experience with

email marketing

Proficiency with Canva

Experience with Google Ads

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, small business environment

Preferred Qualifications

Tech experience or strong technical aptitude

Familiarity with

Google Workspace

Experience using Constant Contact

Previous experience in a small business or startup environment
