We are currently looking to expand our team by adding a Parts Counter Advisor to our Parts Department. This position plays a crucial role in the daily operations of our dealership, serving as a key link between our service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale clients. Whether it's ensuring the right part is available for a repair job or helping a customer find the exact accessory they need, our Parts Counter Advisors are essential to keeping everything running smoothly!
Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service to retail and internal service department customers
Advising customers and technicians on correct parts selection for various makes and models
Maintaining, organizing, and tracking inventory using dealership systems
Ordering and receiving parts and supplies efficiently and accurately
Facilitating and tracking the sale and delivery of parts
Collaborating with the service and sales departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts needs
Benefits and Compensation Pay Range: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually!

Qualifications
Previous automotive parts experience required
Dealership experience preferred, especially with MOPAR parts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with parts inventory systems a plus (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
