Client Success Manager , your primary focus will be on

growing and retaining subscription revenue

for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products, and on building a robust portfolio of franchise and large independent automotive dealers. You will present innovative solutions that help dealers achieve their business goals, provide valuable insights on key business challenges, and collaborate effectively across Cox Auto sales teams to drive quality referrals. What You'll Do: Achieve and exceed revenue, retention, and referral targets. Manage the Sales Pipeline and Forecasting efficiently. Maximize the use of various sales enablement tools and analytics. Surpass dealer expectations consistently. Foster relationships with multiple decision makers at dealer clients to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations. Provide a data-driven, consultative assessment of dealers' operational challenges and needs, while continuously enhancing relationships. Deliver compelling value propositions through monthly ROI business reviews. Utilize qualitative and quantitative data, including market insights, to support dealers in making informed business decisions. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, collaborating with other business unit sales partners to propose effective solutions. Act as an advocate for assigned dealers, ensuring smooth implementation and onboarding of solutions. Handle and route customer issues to the appropriate contact or department. What's In It For You? Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of related experience. Alternative combinations may include a master's degree with 4 years of experience, a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 10 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory. Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry or advertising media. Background in field-based environments. Strong knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and internet platforms. Proficiency with CRMs and analytics tools. Compensation: The role offers a base salary ranging from $94,900.00 to $142,300.00, with an additional annual incentive/commission target of $64,000.00. The final salary may vary based on location and the candidate's experience.
