Role Description
This is a hybrid position
(can be part time or full time depending on the candidate) for a Commercial Real Estate Assistant at Lisa Shippel Law, LLC. The role is based in Alpharetta, GA, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The selected candidate will be responsible for legal document preparation, conducting due diligence, assisting with title insurance processes, reviewing and managing commercial real estate closings. The role involves detailed communication with clients and third parties, and providing administrative support to the attorneys. Proficiency in handling real estate closings from start to finish. Knowledge of Title Insurance processes and requirements Experience in handling matters related to Commercial Real Estate Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work arrangement Familiarity with Georgia real estate law and processes is a plus
