Customer Service Representative Company Overview The HdL Companies help cities, counties, and special districts maximize revenues through research and discovery efforts, financial and economic analysis, and provision of software that supports local government operations in a variety of important areas.

Responsibilities

Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.

Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or related field preferred.

Strong communication skills in English.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hiring pay at: $15 per hour.

Hybrid work location.
