Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and run the register.
Cashier operations and make purchase suggestions.
Assist with the food program when needed.
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Interact with many customers daily while working with an energetic team to accomplish daily goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Retail and customer service experience; sales associate or cashiering experience preferred.
Strong communication skills with a friendly conversation style.
Ability to work quickly while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere.
Team oriented and problem solving mindset.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, up to 30 minutes per shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing.
