Summary: As a User Experience Content Specialist at Meta, you will have the exciting opportunity to create engaging and user-focused experiences for our diverse global audience. Your expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy will be key in developing intuitive products that enhance the daily lives of billions. Join our dynamic team to innovate across various platforms, including mobile, desktop, AR/VR, hardware, and voice. Key Responsibilities: Craft, edit, and test engaging in-product language that supports user objectives, including product flows, interface language, educational content, product names, and navigational terms across Meta's offerings. Employ holistic thinking to improve product design, assist with audits of existing features, and contribute to the information architecture. Utilize coding knowledge to review software code, ensuring accuracy in in-product language, and create logic for personalized user experiences. Participate in constructive feedback sessions with UX design colleagues to elevate overall product quality. Develop high-fidelity design prototypes using Figma to visualize ideas effectively. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — including engineering, design, research, marketing, and data science — to turn innovative concepts into market-ready products. Work closely with the internationalization team to ensure high-quality user experiences across all languages. Exercise sound judgment in shaping product narratives and guiding team strategies. Proactively identify and manage cross-team projects with independence and confidence. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UX writing. A strong portfolio demonstrating finished wireframes or design mocks that have influenced team decisions. Proven ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Experience with content management tools for large-scale updates. Portfolio examples highlighting expertise in design systems and systems thinking. Track record of leading projects with autonomy and successfully navigating ambiguity. Compensation: $120,000/year to $171,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
