About the role As an Event Sales Assistant, you’ll represent client campaigns in event-style settings, engaging with customers, explaining services, and supporting overall campaign performance. Locations and environments vary, keeping the role dynamic and engaging. What you’ll be responsible for Representing clients at promotional events and pop-up locations Approaching and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner Explaining offers, services, and promotions clearly Creating positive first impressions and strong customer experiences Supporting event teams in achieving daily performance goals Providing feedback on customer responses and event effectiveness Experience that transfers well Hospitality, bar work, restaurants, events, or customer service roles Positions requiring strong communication and customer engagement Individuals comfortable working on their feet and in public-facing roles What you can expect Paid training and ongoing support Varied work locations and team-based campaigns Opportunities to progress into senior event or campaign roles Immediate opportunities available.
