Position Overview Bilingual Spanish Applicants Preferred

The role is designed to give “on the job training” while working with a full‑time mentor in the agent’s office to develop leads, solicit, consult, and bind coverage to help customers manage everyday risks and their unique insurance and financial needs, while learning the logistics of managing a business.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of inbound or outbound sales experience
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Learn and master scripts and processes
Process and sell to inbound leads and existing customers
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Network and write business from external resources and own efforts
Sell all lines of business sold at agency by State Farm
Compensation Salary plus commission/bonuses. Total potential $35,000 – $100,000 per year.
