Generate and manage financial reports for the sales team Perform maintenance and administration tasks within Salesforce Order marketing materials for advisors and the sales team Execute call campaigns to drive participation in conferences, webinars, and regional events Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team’s goals Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong time‑management and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivated and able to work independently Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance Sales or customer service experience Compensation
Base Salary:
$45,000–$50,000 (depending on experience). Eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits. Legal Requirements
