Establish and perform meaningful control measures for all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable results Partner with program management (PM), functional leads and internal partners across the Raytheon business in pursuit of day-to-day program execution Operate computer-based programs, tools, and applications, to include Microsoft Excel and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databases Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis Execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs, assist with Risk and Opportunity identification and calculation Provide leadership, guidance, training, and mentorship to the geographically dispersed CAM team What You Will Learn

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years Prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience Prior program and/or project management experience Prior Earned Value Management System experience or similar program/system Prior leadership/management experience Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated proficiency with financial planning and execution, EVMS, Estimate at Completes (EACs), R&O Management, and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Experience developing and reviewing program and supervisory artifacts to include resource plans, basis of estimates (BOEs), master schedules, work breakdown structures, and contract deliverables (CDRLs) Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process Strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite of programs to include Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Project, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook What We Offer
