As a

Parts Sales Associate

at Beltway Companies, you will play a key role in supporting our service department by ensuring they have the right parts at the right time. You’ll work closely with service advisors, technicians, and the parts team to identify, source, and deliver parts needed for repairs and maintenance. This role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to determine correct parts for repair orders Pull and deliver parts to service bays in a timely manner to minimize downtime Create and process internal parts orders accurately in the system Maintain proper stock levels for commonly used service parts Coordinate with purchasing staff for special-order or back-ordered parts Keep work areas organized and ensure parts are properly labeled and stored Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed Monitor parts usage trends and provide feedback to management Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures in the parts department Requirements At least 1 years of related experience preferred, but not required Previous experience in truck parts, automotive parts, or a service shop environment a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/order management systems Strong communication skills for working effectively with internal teams Valid driver’s license required
