Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial Sport Court projects
Conduct on-site consultations, measurements, and product recommendations
Build quotes, present proposals, and close deals
Maintain strong follow-up discipline from lead to close
Represent the brand professionally in the field and in the community
Flooring installation, construction labor, crew lead, job site leadership, project management, in-home sales
Project Ownership
Coordinate materials, timelines, and customer expectations
Ensure installs are delivered on time and to quality standards
Be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
Actively participate in the physical installation of Sport Court systems
Lead install crews on-site and set the pace for productivity
Ensure proper site prep, tile installation, and finishing
Troubleshoot issues in real time
Lead, train, and hold installers accountable on job sites
Set expectations for quality, efficiency, and professionalism
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Enforce company standards and best practices during installs

Deals are closed efficiently and accurately
Projects run smoothly with minimal rework or callbacks
Crews are productive, organized, and accountable
Customers are confident, informed, and satisfied

Requirements
Proven experience in sales, construction, or hands-on field leadership
Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to lead by example on job sites
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
Construction, flooring, concrete, or athletic surface installation
In-home or B2C sales experience
Crew leadership or foreman experience
Ability to read site plans or layouts
Residential and commercial construction, hands-on installation, team leadership, performance-based compensation
