This is an open role for one of our clients: About the Role

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced brokerage and can motivate junior reps. They should have a coaching mindset to develop a team where 100% of reps have strong focus on spot bidding and gross margin strategy. Must be committed to the Orlando office (5x/week in-office). Responsibilities

Manage a team of 11 sales reps currently (expanding to 15–17). Focus on pricing and bidding. Ensure local stability in the Orlando office. Scale the current team of 11 junior reps. Qualifications

3–7 years in 3PL sales/management. Required Skills

Coaching Mindset. Preferred Skills

Experience with Transport Pro (integrated with Circle’s visibility tech). Familiarity with lead generation tools like ZoomInfo + Zembles. Access to DAT, Truckstop, and Circle’s internal carrier grading systems. Pay range and compensation package

Salary range is $90,000 – $120,000. Manager compensation is TBD based on team performance (OTE of $150,000 – $180,000).
