account coordinator (entry level) we’re looking for an organized, creative, and highly motivated account coordinator to support both our creative and events teams. this is an entry-level role ideal for someone fluent in social media, visually sharp, and energized by a fast-moving, production-heavy environment. you’ll be hands-on across content creation, social media management, client communication, and live events—often all within the same week.
this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable moving between creative execution and logistical support. we shoot content weekly and produce events regularly, so flexibility, responsiveness, and a strong work ethic are essential. the role is client-facing and demands exceptional communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. we pride ourselves on white-glove service, clear timelines, and thoughtful follow-through, and candidates should feel confident representing the brand in a polished, friendly, and reliable way.
responsibilities
support day-to-day social media management across client accounts (strategy, editing, caption-writing, posting, scheduling, engagement, organization)
assist with content creation including iphone video capture, reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes assets
design on-brand graphics in canva for social content, decks, timelines, and client-facing materials
assist with client communication including email correspondence, follow-ups, scheduling, and status updates
support account leads with project coordination, timelines, and deliverables
help maintain clear, organized, and professional client communications with a white-glove approach
party tricks: assist with event planning, logistics, and on-site execution (set-up, load-in, run-of-show support)
provide on-set and on-site support during shoots and events, often in fast-paced, live environments
help manage assets, files, shot lists, and content organization
requirements

strong proficiency in social media platforms (instagram, tiktok, etc.)
confident working in Canva with a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
excellent written and verbal communication skills
professional, detail-oriented, and client-service minded
ability to stay organized and calm in fast-moving production environments
willingness to work flexible hours around shoots and events
reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
