Role Description We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to join one of the fastest-growing and most exciting parts of our company. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role on a sales team that’s scaling quickly and working with some of the most innovative and nationally recognized brands in the food industry.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of building partnerships and bringing bold ideas to market — collaborating with everyone from ambitious startup founders to experienced executives at household-name companies. You’ll help guide customers through the journey of turning concepts into real products on shelves, all while playing a key role in shaping the future of our rapidly expanding business.

You’ll own relationships, manage strategic accounts, support pricing and project development, and serve as a trusted partner throughout the process. What You\'ll Do

Build and manage relationships with leading food manufacturers and growing CPG companies

Own strategic accounts from initial conversation through launch

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations and leadership

Support pricing, project development, and customer success

Help shape and scale a rapidly growing sales organization

Driven by desire to grow, build, and improve - not by ego

Question and poke holes in all systems and assume the current method/approach is not the best

Freedom to express thoughts and engage in discussions

Qualifications

Industry Experience: previous experience in the food industry or a related field is a plus, but a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn is just as valuable.

Growth Mindset: You\'re eager to learn the intricacies of scaling businesses and are committed to continuous personal and professional development.

Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can seamlessly adjust to changes as our company continues to grow.
