Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or relevant education with proper training.
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the rental, leasing, or related service industries.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned sales territories.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage customer relationships and sales data.
Knowledge of rental and leasing industry regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within assigned territories.
Conduct regular client visits to present rental and leasing service offerings, assess customer needs, and provide customized solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the rental process.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
