Infinity Media is a performance marketing agency focused on lead generation and growth for SaaS and service-based businesses. We build and optimize full-funnel systems that turn paid traffic into qualified leads and booked calls, then improve conversion rates and follow-up to scale results. Our core services include Meta and Google Ads, landing pages and CRO, tracking and analytics, and lifecycle marketing (email and SMS) to help clients grow efficiently and predictably.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Account Manager role. You will own client relationships and day-to-day delivery, translating business goals into clear marketing plans, coordinating execution with our internal team, and keeping performance on track. You’ll manage timelines, communicate priorities, report on results, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.

What you’ll do

Lead client communication, kickoff calls, weekly check-ins, and strategy updates

Coordinate campaign execution across Meta and Google Ads (with media buyers)

Oversee landing pages and conversion rate optimization initiatives (briefs, QA, testing plans)

Track performance across the funnel (lead quality, CPL, cost per qualified lead, booked calls, etc.)

Ensure accurate tracking and reporting (pixels, UTMs, GA4, CRM attribution, call tracking)

Coordinate creative requests and ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned to strategy

Surface insights, propose tests, and drive action items to improve performance

Keep projects organized using task management tools, documentation, and clear timelines

Qualifications Required

2+ years in account management, client success, or marketing project management (agency experience preferred)

Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (Meta and/or Google Ads, funnels, CRO)

Experience working with lead generation funnels (forms, landing pages, booking flows)

Comfortable with data and reporting, able to explain performance clearly and recommend next steps

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), confident leading calls and managing expectations

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client priorities at once

Nice to have

Experience supporting Lead Gen & SaaS growth campaigns

Familiarity with CRMs and automation (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)

Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, CallRail)

Understanding of lifecycle marketing (email and SMS nurture sequences)

Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the plan

Projects move quickly with minimal bottlenecks

Reporting is clear, accurate, and tied to real business outcomes

You consistently identify improvements that increase lead quality and conversion rates
