Overview Description

Key point of contact between the organization and its clients to promote products and services to new and existing customers. This Sales Executive will need to have prior trade show sales experience.

Responsibilities

60% – Develop relationships with prospects. Understand prospect’s trade show schedule and/or brand space plans, marketing goals and recommend our solutions. Communicate with target clients, current clients, and past clients. Meet in person, on the phone, and at trade shows. Attend 3–5 networking events per month. Keep track of customer activity in the Salesforce software tool. Present designs and estimates to prospects. Seek ongoing feedback to refine our design to align with client expectations.

15% – Prepare design request forms to document client vision for their trade show exhibit for internal design and estimation departments. Review line drawings, color renderings and estimates before presenting to customers. Prepare and present revisions based on client feedback.

15% – Prepare job packet detailing exactly what was sold: project summary and production form, updated rendering, estimate, job cost sheet, invoice, method of payment, internal order form, vendor quotes, and graphic specs. Collect customer deposit. Attend kick-off meetings with production teams. Attend customer previews to ensure expectations are met. Follow up with the customer after the show or installation.

10% – Ongoing training, department meetings, and weekly progress check-ins with your manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing preferred, but not required

Interacts with customers and prospects

Interacts with internal departments (design, estimation, account and project management)

Interacts with vendors

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
