
Overview
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our growing team and build a successful career in Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding an assigned portfolio of existing customers through proactive phone outreach and virtual meetings. You will utilize our structured campaign process to identify customer needs, foster relationships, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
Key Responsibilities
Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and services.
Call Management & Sales Documentation: Handle a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and internal progress in our sales CRM system.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
Closing Skills: Effectively close sales by addressing customer needs, overcoming objections, and leveraging product knowledge to secure the final decision.
Effective Communication: Engage customers clearly, persuasively, and with active listening.
Problem-solving: Demonstrate quick thinking and provide practical solutions during customer interactions.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing customer information and tracking activities.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma/GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet
Preferred:
Prior Sales Experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
