What You Will Do The Sales Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving our go-to-market organization and revenue operations function. You will support the GTM team by owning the quote-to-order process in Salesforce and Zuora, ensuring accurate pricing, deal structures, and approvals. You’ll act as the primary escalation point for complex deals, maintain data integrity through reporting and audits, and support Deal Desk operations. In this role, you’ll also build Salesforce dashboards, document and enable internal processes, and provide insights that help sales leadership drive predictable revenue.

This role requires an accomplished analytical mindset, a strategic thinker, experience in interacting with and presenting to leaders, and an ability to work independently while contributing to transformation programs across the GTM team.

How You Will Spend Your Days Quoting and Deal Desk Operations

Oversee the end-to-end quote-to-order process in Salesforce CRM and Zoura

Assist sellers with the creation, validation, and approvals of customer quotes and service orders, ensuring accurate pricing, product configuration, contract terms, and billing requirements

Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deal structures, pricing and terms exceptions, and approval workflows

Manage our internal Sales Operations ticket queue with high responsiveness and accuracy

Execute administrative tasks in Salesforce and our internal systems including opportunity ownership changes, administrative opportunity closures, account and contact merges, and manage the technical setup of Proof of Concept (POC) accounts

Troubleshooting account provisioning and Zuora quoting errors to enable compliant quoting at scale

Facilitate weekly Deal Desk meetings, documenting approved deviations from standard pricing or terms

Assist with pricing change management

Booking review & approval

Support the team in building complex quotes for multi-year contracts, mid-contract amendments, split invoicing, and renewals.

Coordinate and update quotes with approved legal language as requested by sales.

Documentation and Reporting

Build and maintain rep-facing dashboards and “Source of Truth” reporting in Salesforce.

Create and maintain enablement documentation around internal processes; conduct onboarding and ongoing training for these processes.

Manage exception reporting to catch and fix data hygiene issues (past due close dates, incorrect renewal dates and values, etc.)

Participate in regular audits, including month end, to ensure accurate bookings and revenue numbers

Provide actionable insights to sales leadership

What You Bring To This Role

2+ years in Sales Operations, Sales, or Finance preferably in a high-growth SaaS company

Salesforce experience required

Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $85,000 to $95,000, with eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
