Construction Project Superintendent

to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day construction operations from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline Work closely with CEO, project managers, field staff, clients, subcontractors, vendors, etc. in order to meet demands of the project Schedule Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure timely project completion Schedule inspections as necessary to ensure timely project completion Determine required resources (manpower, equipment and materials) Ensuring crews are operating all tools and equipment in a safe, proper and productive manner Maintain daily log of jobsite activities in a clear and accurate manner Administer weekly jobsite meetings Production of 2 week look ahead Review and report issues timely if/when they arise and review potential impact Read and understand drawings Executes tasks in a fast-paced environment Follows all procedures and protocols Must be flexible and a team player with all LMJ employees Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications

Proven experience as a construction project manager High School Diploma or Equivalent Knowledgeable in the field of commercial construction a plus Experience using construction or project management software preferred Organized and detail oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must Must have excellent communications skills, excellent work ethics and moral integrity. Self-starter who works well independently Benefits
