Position Summary
As our Account Manager, you will work closely with top tier customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact within our organization and be the main line of communication between customers and internally with various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
Monitor and grow top tier customer accounts including pre and post sales inquiries, including price quotations, order entry, delivery/ lead times, expedites and other related requirements.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Ensure quotes and customer orders are efficiently processed within the ERP system, provided and confirmed with customers in a timely manner and followed up on for efficiency.
Contract review of sales orders processed for accuracy.
Lead by example and maintain top tier performance in quality of work, productivity and customer account growth.
Proactively manage the CRM platform (Salesforce) along with Regional Sales Managers to maintain the latest information for customers and proposals/program updates.
Work collaboratively with Product Management, Field Sales, Quality, Engineering and Operations teams on customer requirements.
Collaborate with Production and Planning to ensure accurate lead times and order status updates are available and provided to customers in a timely manner.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Actively contribute to process improvements, suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize workflow, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency.
Manage projects necessary to meet business requirements and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Associates Degree or 5+ years experience in an Inside Sales/Account Management role.
Minimum 3 years working for a manufacturing company.
Military and Government industry customer experience is preferred.
Exceptional communication and feedback skills.
Proven ability to handle customer escalations and resolve high-stakes issues in a timely manner.

Pay Transparency Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
