Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

– Conduct in-home consultations using a proven consultative sales process focused on understanding client needs, wants, and investment range

Present tailored kitchen and bathroom remodeling solutions that align with customer goals and budgets

Build trust and long-term relationships, creating "Raving Fan" clients

Communicate consistently with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Design & Proposal Development

Gather accurate project details and measurements for cabinetry and remodeling solutions

Prepare kitchen and bathroom drawings using 20/20 Design, similar design software, or AI-enabled tools

Create professional proposals and sales presentations with the objective of closing the sale

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design feasibility and project success

Team & Professional Development

Attend weekly in-person sales meetings (Wednesdays) at the Canton office

Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and mentorship programs

Engage in continuous professional and personal growth

Training & Support

Comprehensive two-week onboarding program covering sales process, design tools, and systems

Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback

Access to proven systems, tools, and leadership support to maximize success

Schedule Expectations

Wednesday: Mandatory in-office day (Canton, GA)

Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday:

Consultations at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and/or 5:00 PM

Maximum of two consultations per day

Saturdays: Two (2) Saturdays per month – Consultations at 10:00 AM and/or 1:00 PM

Evenings: One (1) 5:00 PM consultation per week

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 1 year of in-home sales experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling

Minimum $1,000,000 in annual sales production in at least one year

Proven understanding of profitability, margins, and closing strategies

Ability to travel throughout Metro Atlanta and attend weekly office meetings

Three (3) supervisor references

Positive attitude, high energy, integrity, and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications (Fast-Track Candidates)

5+ years of in-home sales experience in home services

3+ years specifically selling kitchen and/or bathroom remodels

$1,500,000+ in annual sales during peak home-remodeling years (2021-2022)

Strong closing rates and consistent performance history

Compensation & Incentives

Commission & Bonuses

Tiered commission: 5%-15% of sales based on gross profit margin and first-call closes

Self-generated leads commission: Additional 1%-3%

Monthly top performer bonuses: Up to $10,000

Quarterly & annual awards and bonuses

Forgivable Draw

$3,000 per month for the first two months

Draw is forgiven and offsets earned commissions during ramp-up
