Manages a portfolio of community associations. Performs office and non-manual work directly related to the management of the general business operations. Primary duty includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Provides excellent customer service while interacting with internal and external customers including homeowners, board members, committee members and vendors. Manage all operations for a portfolio of community associations. Provide leadership and consult with clients on best practices. Create agendas for and run monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings. Create agendas for and run annual association owners’ meetings. Work extensively with the Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners. Meet with associations 1-2 times a week. Manage and assist in special projects. Create budgets and manage financials for associations under management. Select and supervise vendors performing services for the community. Ensure homeowner assessments are paid on a timely basis and pursue appropriate action for delinquent accounts. Comply with company policies and procedures. Responsible for Client Satisfaction and Account Retention. Practice and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision. Perform any additional duties as required by the supervisor. Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR. Reliable transportation and ability to drive to and from communities. Strong knowledge of the HOA industry. Excellent client service orientation; responsive and closes the loop with clients. Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office, TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HOA software. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude. Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Ability to win and maintain the confidence of boards of directors. Strong verbal and written communication. Effective organizational and time management skills; can manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to attend and participate in evening meetings. Must be flexible and able to work after hours during the week and on weekends on-call. Education & Experience
3 to 4 years of experience in an HOA management role. 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service. CAI or CACM Certification(s) a plus. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Work Environment
