We are hiring a P&C licensed Sales Agent for an Insurance Representative role that will be onsite in Duluth, GA. Schedule is M-F, 10 am-7 pm. This is a 4+ month temp to Hire opportunity. Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls related to auto insurance quotes and customer service. Taking overflow calls when other agents are busy. Returning calls for missed weekend or after-hours inquiries. Answering basic customer questions based on training. Availability, punctuality, and dependability are essential. Qualifications
3-5 years of personal lines auto experience in a customer service environment (with independent agencies) with at least 1 year experience working with Progressive auto policies Active Georgia license – P&C producer required High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional customer service experience and administrative skills required.
