Our client is seeking a
Custom Residential Landscape Designer & Estimator
who can translate creative design concepts into practical, constructible plans. This role requires a combination of
landscape design expertise and estimating skills , ensuring projects meet client vision, budget, and site requirements. It is a hands-on position with visibility across projects and direct impact on client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Create custom residential landscape designs that are functional, aesthetic, and buildable. Prepare accurate cost estimates for planting, hardscape, lighting, drainage, and other site features. Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent aligns with budget, site conditions, and client expectations. Balance creativity with practical considerations such as constructability, timelines, and materials. Maintain professional and timely communication with clients and project stakeholders. Document design and estimating processes to improve operational efficiency. Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in landscape design principles and software. Experience preparing detailed, buildable cost estimates for residential landscape projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work with urgency, professionalism, and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/CRM tools. Previous experience in residential landscaping design and construction preferred.
