About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Service Sales Specialist

to join our growing mechanical services team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients across industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities by offering tailored service solutions that keep their mechanical systems running efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow a portfolio of service clients throughout the Anderson region.

Identify, qualify, and pursue service sales opportunities in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems maintenance.

Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer challenges and propose tailored service agreements.

Collaborate closely with internal service, engineering, and operations teams to deliver accurate scopes of work and proposals.

Prepare and present service agreements, maintenance plans, and solution recommendations.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Track sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in service sales, preferably within mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial service sectors.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and building operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to evaluate mechanical equipment and identify potential service needs.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local region.
