Job Description
Responsible for driving sales results, managing and motivating the Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in the relevant region to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual sales objectives and goals. Job duties:
Overall sales management for the applicable region.
Develop and direct regional business plans that are consistent with annual goals and company strategies and ensure customer expectations.
Provide market feedback, competitive activities, product issues, and strategies to management.
Interview, hire, train, motivate, and develop TSMs within the region.
Execute product launch strategies and account targeting in the region.
Establish territory revenue goals; provide individual account planning to TSMs.
Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Salary: $180,000 plus a robust, performance driven variable structure that rewards your success and that of your region.
Compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, and will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum six (6) years of medical device sales experience.
Minimum one (1) year of management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
Well organized, with strong team building abilities.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
Ability to make presentations to members of the medical and business community.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to teach and educate others on complex business and sales challenges.
Ability to collaborate and work well with others on a project basis.
Ability to analyze market data and conduct analytical sales analyses.
Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Ability to develop relationships openly and effectively with people across all levels, functions, and cultures.
