Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative, based in Malden, MA. The Senior Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet clients' construction needs. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, attending client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Senior Sales Representative will also be responsible for conducting market research and effectively conveying the value of Oakridge Construction’s services.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in the construction or related industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset for identifying business opportunities
Solid understanding of residential and commercial construction services, including decks, siding, structural framing, and code compliance updates
Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to maintain accurate sales records
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
Previous experience in a leadership or senior-level sales role is a plus
