Position Overview
The Field Sales Leader is responsible for growing Turf Medic’s customer base through face-to-face engagement, consultative selling, and exceptional service. This role is ideal for individuals who take ownership of their territory, value long-term relationships over quick wins, and thrive in a performance-driven environment built on integrity and accountability. What You’ll Do
Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to introduce Turf Medic’s customized lawn care programs. Conduct on-site evaluations to understand lawn conditions and homeowner goals. Educate customers on tailored solutions that deliver long-term lawn health—not one-size-fits-all services. Set clear expectations and build trust from the first interaction. Grow Beyond in Sales Performance
Primary duty is outside sales, prospecting new customers Convert conversations into new service agreements using proven, ethical sales practices. Proactively generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and community presence. Cross-sell and upsell additional services that enhance results and customer satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining Turf Medic’s high standards. Own Your Territory
Maintain a strong, visible presence within assigned territories to maximize opportunity and brand awareness. Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activity accurately using our CRM system. Use data, feedback, and coaching to continuously improve performance. Represent the Turf Medics Brand
Serve as a professional, knowledgeable, and positive ambassador of Turf Medics. Collaborate with service teams and leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in training, meetings, and ongoing development opportunities. What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. A customer-first mindset paired with a competitive drive to succeed. Comfort with face-to-face sales and proactive outreach. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field. Willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching. Experience using CRM tools preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to walk, stand, and remain active for extended periods.
