Inside Sales Representative
to join our
Houston, TX
team. What Youll Do
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions. Increase sales volumes through cross-selling and add-on opportunities. Drive quote-to-order conversion through consistent follow-up and opportunity management. Collaborate with the outside sales team to support territory strategies and customer success. Manage multiple quotes, accounts, emails, and phone calls simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ensure an excellent customer experience. What You Bring
Bachelors degree preferred. 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or technical customer service experience (industrial experience is a plus). Background in petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, or semiconductor industries preferred. Experience supporting outside sales teams. Proven ability to manage complex quotes and prioritize competing deadlines. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
