Finance Relationship Manager
We are seeking a proactive Finance Relationship Manager to serve as a vital link between our organization and leading financial institutions. Key Details:
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days on-site and 3 days work-from-home
Working with a prestigious world-class institution while building relationships with a wide range of financial firms
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
Must have comprehensive knowledge of the financial industry, including the ability to understand key firm distinctions and functions within the sector
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with corporate partners effectively
Ability to research and identify potential finance organizations interested in internships and full-time roles
Comfort working in a hybrid setting, with at least two days on campus, and a schedule starting at 9 am
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience working in or with investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or financial consulting firms
Familiarity with event planning and employer outreach strategies
Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous experience in recruiting, employer relations, or business development within financial services
