Responsibilities The Western Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales initiatives, develop strategies to drive business growth, and establish strong relationships with new and existing customers in the western region of the United States. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, managing sales forecasts, meeting sales objectives, and collaborating with distributors and manufacturer sales representatives to drive revenue. This is a full-time position and location based in either Northern or Southern CA, customer visits within the region and travel outside of CA as well.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management or account management, preferably within the power supply or electronics industry

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies

Knowledge of AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, and EMI filters is highly advantageous but not necessary

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset

Engineering, sales and/or relative work experience
