Event Sales Coordinator – Boston : We’re seeking a highly organized, client-focused Event Sales Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-volume, experience-driven events in Boston. This role blends event logistics, client service, and sales support. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves bringing events to life. Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end event planning (logistics, timelines, vendors, F&B, AV) Serve as primary liaison for confirmed clients Conduct site visits and walkthroughs Create and manage BEOs and booking documentation Track payments, pre-orders, and final details Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance Support upselling initiatives and enhance guest experience Requirements
2+ years in events or high-volume hospitality Strong communication and presentation skills Exceptional organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously CRM and booking platform proficiency A proactive, team-first mindset Benefits
