About the Role We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and sports-passionate individuals to join us as Sports App Sales Representatives. This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity ideal for people who love live events, enjoy connecting with others, and want to earn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
⚡ This is an independent contractor (1099) role—ideal for self-starters who want to work on their own terms and get rewarded for results.
What You’ll Do
Promote DFS apps at live sporting events, tailgates, and festivals
Set up and manage interactive stations to assist with downloads
Travel throughout San Diego and occasionally to nearby cities like Orange County or Los Angeles
Performance Reporting & Team Collaboration
Track your performance using your referral code
Provide field feedback and ideas for improving outreach
Collaborate with the team in-office to align on goals and campaigns
What We’re Looking For ✅ Passion for sports and strong communication skills
✅ Comfortable with mobile apps, social media, and digital tools
✅ Self-motivated and confident in high-energy environments
✅ Availability for evenings and weekends during key events
✅ Willingness to travel throughout San Diego and beyond
✅ Bonus: Experience in field sales
What You’ll Get Performance-Based Pay – Performers can earn around $40/hour, with top performers reaching up to $20 more/hour, based on commissions and bonuses. There is no cap on your earning potential.
