
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Auto Sales Representative located in Matteson, IL. The Auto Sales Representative will assist customers in identifying their automotive needs, recommend appropriate vehicles, and explain financing and leasing options. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with customers for long-term satisfaction, achieving sales and service goals, and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide excellent guidance to clients. Make no mistake; you will be required to call a minimum of 50 clients daily to succeed.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales
Strong ability in fostering Customer Satisfaction and ensuring Customer Retention
Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, communication, and relationship building
Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus
Previous experience in a sales or automotive-related role is not necessary
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
