Overview

Total Network Consulting delivers end-to-end low-voltage solutions for commercial and government customers. Our primary services include structured cabling, network infrastructure, CCTV, access control, hardware installation, wireless, and related low-voltage systems (excluding The Role (Who This Is For) We are hiring a high-performing Commercial/Government Account Executive who can consistently generate pipeline, close new logos, and expand accounts—while selectively pursuing public sector opportunities where we have fit and access. You will sell real delivery capability, not “vaporware,” with strong operational support behind you. What Success Looks Like (First 120–180 Days) Build a consistent, qualified pipeline across target verticals (commercial real estate, government, healthcare, education, industrial, multi-site retail, property management, etc.) Close profitable projects and create “land-and-expand” paths through service add-ons Introduce structured recurring revenue motions where applicable (service agreements, lifecycle planning, maintenance, rapid-response support blocks) Maintain CRM accuracy: clear stages, next steps, and forecast discipline Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities for low-voltage infrastructure projects and multi- Develop relationships with decision-makers: facilities, IT, security, operations, property management, and general contractors Create and present proposals that clearly define scope, timelines, dependencies, and commercial terms Coordinate with delivery teams to align customer expectations with execution Expand existing accounts through cross-sell (CCTV/access control/wireless upgrades/network infrastructure refreshes) Required Qualifications Proven record of quota attainment in B2B sales (services, construction/GC, technology, infrastructure, or related) Strong consultative selling and structured qualification skills Ability to sell multi-stakeholder deals with operational, technical, and financial buyers Comfortable generating your own pipeline (outbound + channel + referrals) Strong communication and follow-through; disciplined CRM usage Preferred Qualifications Experience selling low voltage / structured cabling / CCTV / access control / network Experience selling to general contractors, government entities, facilities teams, multi-site operators, or IT/security stakeholders Exposure to public sector pursuits (SLED portals, RFQs/RFPs) is a plus Why Join TNC High demand services with strong repeat business potential Support from an execution team that delivers quality work and protects customer relationships Uncapped upside and accelerators tied to recurring revenue and expansion Growth runway: build a book of business and evolve into senior/strategic roles How to Apply Email (ccabunilas@tncllc.net)
