We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Account Executive to support our Northeast territory. This is a remote-based role, making it ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives with autonomy and takes ownership of their schedule and territory.

Candidates may be based in

New York or the surrounding Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region, with flexibility in location.

About the Role As the Northeast Account Executive, you will support and manage boutique and online retail partners across the region. This role is showroom, market, and relationship-focused, with seasonal market attendance and road travel as needed. You’ll work closely with the Northeast senior sales manager while independently managing day-to-day account communication, organization, and follow-through.

This position is best suited for someone comfortable working remotely, can manage their own time effectively, and does not require close oversight to stay organized, responsive, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales through remote showroom presentations, FaceTime appointments, road appointments, and account follow-ups

Manage day-to-day communication with Northeast accounts, including order support and product inquiries

Assist with market appointments, line presentations, and account preparation for Coterie New York and other key markets – may require occasional travel outside of territory for Tradeshow Markets / Events

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners through consistent communication and reliable follow-through

Support account growth through organization, reporting, and coordination with internal teams

Assist senior sales reps with account management, onboarding, and post-market follow-up

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in wholesale apparel sales or showroom support (contemporary experience preferred)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Confident communicator with a relationship-first mindset

Existing accounts based across the Northeast and/or Mid Atlantic region

Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities independently

Able to manage time, schedule, and workload without needing constant oversight

Familiarity with wholesale processes, order flow, and market cycles

Strong understanding of trends and the contemporary retail landscape
