Position Field Sales Representative

What You Will Be Doing

Defining critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, planning strategy, and developing all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.

Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models.

Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.

Ensuring customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and other value-added services.

Preparing comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service. Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.

This job profile requires participation in a sales compensation plan.

This position will require to be in the office every other Monday.

What We Are Looking For

Ability to network, establish and build upon strategic relationships.

Ability to understand and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.

Ability to articulate complex strategies and execute on them.

Proficiency in sales tracking systems, Salesforce.com, Oracle preferred.

Experience in the electronic components industry preferred but not required.

A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years B2B outside sales is preferred.

Proficiency with Office Suite.

Work Arrangement

Required to be in office every other Monday near Fort Wayne.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate $76,600.00 - $132,486.65

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Location US-IN-Indiana (Remote Employees)

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
