Responsible for prospecting and delivering Auris Payroll presentations in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Senior Product Advisor (SPA) you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory Manager (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Your role as a SPA is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants in the area. You will work with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses. During training, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet-based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on-the-spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in. Responsibilities
Prospect new clients Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas) including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant data Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments Continuously build knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and developments within the financial technology industry Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with a leader Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance Successful completion of pre-employment background check Must live in the area relative to the job location At least two years of relevant experience Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills Works well independently and as part of a team Incentive-driven sales “hunter” Professional demeanor and integrity High sense of urgency and innate sales talent Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results Ability to be in the field a minimum of 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma/GED Prior experience in a B2B Sales role Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or HubSpot Competencies
