This is a full‑time Sales Estimate role based in Mechanicsville, VA. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for Insulation (residential & commercial), waterproofing services, developing client relationships, and responding to inquiries. Daily tasks include onsite new construction take‑offs ,collaborating with the builder or homeowner how to best insulate a property,providing detailed quotes, maintaining strong communication with Builders / clients throughout the sales process, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targeted goals.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Ability to read and unstand residential and commercial plans Experience in Construction, Sales, including creating and presenting estimates Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand building code requirements for creating precise and competitive estimates Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency with MS Office and CRM Related experience in Insulation, construction, HVAC, or similar industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training a plus
