**Global Customs & Trade Advisory, Senior Consultant**The Senior Consultant plays a key role in reviewing compliance work, identifying risks, and supporting the delivery of complex customs compliance projects. You will oversee staff outputs, validate audit findings, draft technical language, and help shape compliance recommendations for clients. This role supports managers on risk evaluation, technical interpretations, and ensuring that client compliance programs are defensible, well‑documented, and aligned with regulatory expectations.**Key Responsibilities** **Required Skills** Strong working knowledge of customs regulations, tariff frameworks, and compliance requirements. Ability to identify and explain compliance risks clearly and logically.Strong analytical skills. Ability to draft clear, technically sound compliance narratives or responses. Proficiency with Excel and large‑dataset analysis.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with CBP audits, focused assessments, internal audits, or compliance reviews. Familiarity with valuation risks (assists, royalties, transfer pricing interactions, First Sale). Experience responding to CBP inquiries (CF28, CF29) or conducting classification/valuation reviews.
