wins work because of its people , this is it. What You’ll Do Lead preconstruction efforts cradle to grave, from early concept to final GMP. Oversee and perform take-offs, estimates, and proposals for
Conceptual, Negotiated, and Design-Build projects . Partner closely with senior executives, project teams, and clients to secure wins. Shape pricing and proposal strategy that helps maintain our market-leading position. Mentor junior estimators and elevate the precon team as a whole. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience (GC background preferred). Strong take-off, quantity surveying, and cost analysis skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with a strategic mindset.
