Lead the preconstruction process from concept through GMP/contract award, coordinating estimating, scheduling, and constructability reviews Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, value engineering options, and bid packages Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams to align scope, cost, schedule, and risk Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids; manage scope clarifications and assumptions Identify project risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and support smooth transition to construction operations
