Accurately prepare individual and business tax returns Work closely with senior staff and CPAs to ensure high-quality client service Use tax software, Excel, and internal tools to manage workload and documentation Assist with general accounting or tax-related tasks as needed Work with a diverse client base, including privately held businesses and individuals Continue to grow professionally through mentorship and constructive feedback Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in individual and business tax preparation Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented and dependable What They Offer
