Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction. Focus on the needs of others by listening, understanding, and showing empathy and respect. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents; generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and processes. Ensure model apartments are in touring condition. Orient prospective and current residents to the property. Process renewal paperwork and deliver documentation monthly. Maintain accurate records of traffic activity, follow up with all prospective residents, and convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for tours. Coordinate move-in/out needs with the maintenance team to ensure move-in condition of apartments. Create and maintain confidential resident files and review move-in paperwork with new residents. Complete weekly leasing reports timely. Ensure open and close procedures are followed daily. Provide clerical support as needed (answering phones, filing, processing invoices). Assist with planning and implementing resident activities to increase retention. Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and applicable laws. Perform other duties as assigned. Education And Experience

High school diploma is required. Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred. One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred. Skills And Requirements

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others. Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred. Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management; ability to handle confidential matters. Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with urgency. Ability to convey technical concerns clearly and accurately. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to use general office equipment and systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle difficult situations. Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance is required. Must comply with safety requirements. Completion and successful pass of Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment. Core Beliefs
