Job Title: Loss Mitigation Intake Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour

Openings: 2

Job Summary We are seeking a Loss Mitigation Intake Coordinator to support a high-volume mortgage servicing environment. This role is responsible for managing the initial intake and review of customer loss mitigation applications, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable investor and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate has prior loss mitigation or mortgage servicing experience and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Request, collect, and review financial and supporting documentation for loss mitigation applications

Ensure loan workout packages are complete and submitted within required timeframes

Enter and upload documents into the BLITZ/AIQ system

Follow up on missing or outstanding documentation to support timely decisioning

Provide professional customer service and guide customers through the loss mitigation intake process

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation

Ensure compliance with investor, insurer, state, federal, and CFPB guidelines

Prevent foreclosure activity while applications are under active review

Communicate effectively with internal teams and elevate issues as needed

Assist with front desk duties, including bulk and special mailings

Update internal tracking systems and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in loss mitigation, mortgage servicing, or a related field

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with document management systems preferred
