Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Toms River, NJ with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include networking with potential buyers and sellers, conducting property showings, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and staying updated on local market trends. Agents will also collaborate with teams, leverage the company's robust tools and resources, and maintain a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service Ability to work independently, network effectively, and build strong client relationships Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for marketing and property management is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals Experience in the local real estate market is an advantage
